夏日減脂餐- 檸檬手撕雞 - 健身

好久不見的減脂餐又來了。
話說最近找了個營養師,三個月瘦了3.5公斤,體脂降快3%。
目前開始維持期,今天來個維持期的夏日減脂午餐。
五穀米150g
雞腿肉去皮60g,整塊加米酒跟姜煮熟放涼用手撕開
玉米筍杏鮑菇切小細條燙熟
洋蔥切絲,薄荷葉香菜切碎
全部丟進一個大碗公,加醋,檸檬,麻油,醬油,鹽,糖拌均勻。水煮蛋是因為雞肉只剩
六十克了所以另加的。
又飽足又涼快的夏日減脂餐。
