體重:51~52
BMI: 21左右
體脂率:上學期量大概在28左右
參考照片:
三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:一片全麥土司 或一個麵包配水 偶爾加個水果
午餐 :滷味:青菜一份 豆腐 絲瓜 米血 或是一個潛艇堡(有生菜有肉
晚餐:一份沙拉(有菜有肉有番茄玉米 +一片全麥土司
其他 :偶爾肚子餓會買份便利商店的芭樂或優葛 偶爾偷吃點巧克力
日常作息時間:約2點左右睡 9點左右起床
生活型態:學生 住宿 宿舍無法炊煮
學校只有 7-11 自助餐 麵店 可麗餅潛艇堡
小吃(雞肉飯魯肉飯類) 滷味 八方雲集 鬆餅
因為我不愛吃米飯 我只愛吃麵食類 所以選擇基本上就是麵包跟滷味
還有沙拉
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
1.熱舞社 一週約兩次 一次大約3小時
不會全程都在跑動 不過會練肌力
2.沒練舞時晚上會做一百個仰臥起坐
3.有氧舞蹈 一周一次 兩小時
4.偶爾打打籃球 一周一次到兩次
我的問題:
我不愛喝水 最近有在逼自己起碼一定要喝到1000~1500c.c
主食方面 學校的選擇少
不知道我這樣的選擇合不合適 或是量是否有太多太少
我減肥減了兩個月瘦了四公斤左右 但體脂沒有量不清楚
除了有點肉
我容易胖肚子 然後下半身因為練舞跟打籃球關係
很壯很難瘦~
手臂也有肌肉也有肥肉
目前先全身瘦 但肚子真的好難瘦QQ
想知道哪裡需要改變的 謝謝:)
