Table of Contents
原本有在大安運動中心上有氧舞蹈
但體重一直沒有下降 好像在停滯期(非常久)
想說藉著踩飛輪 增加一點肌力
剛好又看到最近有個課程只上4週
開在星期六早上 "樂活燃脂飛輪"大毛老師上的
因為時間的關係我只能選在星期六
不知道這堂課對完全沒上過飛輪課的我適不適合
老師ok嗎!!?
