大家Xbike一周都騎幾次呢? - 減肥

我買19807一陣子了
最近暑假才開始認真騎Xbike減肥
我使用的頻率是每天騎30~40公里 速度30~35 阻力3
大概60~90分鐘騎完 快樂表顯示消耗卡路里約700~900
我都會自動除以3=實際消耗卡路里
騎完汗是用滴的...
我大概實行快兩個禮拜有了
第一個禮拜是運動一天休息一天
第二個禮拜是天天運動
我的問題是運動完隔天膝蓋會隱隱作痛
腿有點痠(我運動完都有按摩+抬腿)
不知道是要繼續運動讓身體適應(我之前都沒有運動習慣)
還是減少騎Xbike的頻率?
請問大家騎Xbike的頻率如何呢?
但現在習慣運動了 休息一天都有罪惡感阿QQ
如果休息的話會做什麼替代運動嗎??
