大家在重訓時,會習慣做到力竭或痠麻嗎? - 健身

我本身在健身時,都習慣勉強自已做到痠麻(力竭!?),
尤其是手臂部分,作到手臂痠到不行時,硬是賭著一口氣,
或全身力量,再做二、三下,作完後,整個手臂就麻掉了,
感覺就像斷掉、血流不到手臂一樣,感覺有點像練握力時,
空抓500~1000下時,前臂的痠麻感,但放鬆時,沒有像空抓時,
那樣前臂充血澎漲,手臂直接就軟掉了.....
雖然做時常常咬牙切齒、擠眉弄眼的、還不自覺想罵髒話~~~
但我自已倒是蠻喜歡這種感受,覺得肌肉真的有刺激到~~~~
不知道在健身的各位,有沒有喜歡這種感受,當享受的@@~~~
大家在做時,會常做到力竭或超出體力負荷嗎?
整個重訓做完後,一點力氣也沒有,工作或讀書變的很疲倦、
很想睡、沒辨法專心那?像這個時侯,大家都會怎麼做??
喝提神飲料、沖個澡、喝營養品或直接趴下來睡了.........
