有時候感冒
或者身體出狀況
又昨晚睡得不好
體力不佳
身體狀態不好
按理來說應該是要休息一下
不過心裡總是會覺得今天不鍛鍊就是種損失
又會覺得鍛鍊已經養成習慣
不做就會怪怪的
不知道大家怎樣調節這樣的心理狀態
如何說服自己休息一天也是鍛鍊的一環
