各位版友們好
不曉得成功瘦下來的大家都是如何維持每天晚上運動的好習慣呢??
本人目前在運動用品店上班 每天差不多都是早11晚10左右
下班之後其實都有一點懶惰 回到家滑滑手機就差不多洗洗睡
也只能盡量控制回家不吃東西,但其實真的不會瘦...
我真的很想知道各位是怎麼上了一整天的班還有動力為了瘦下來
讓自己更好看更健康 持之以恆的一直跑運動下去
我也好想真的每天都去運動 不管有多累 我不想在半途而廢了..
