大家好
小弟最近在慢跑減脂(1次8km,2~3天一次) 早餐通常都是紫米飯糰不加油條配無糖豆漿
中餐只會吃吃便利商店的飯糰跟波蜜果菜汁(76卡)果腹
晚餐前幾週都吃costco的低熱量麥片配低脂牛奶 餐間餓了就吃點巧克力或水果
重點最近老媽常常在家煮飯很豐盛,香氣搞得我麥片真的好想丟一邊,想問一下碰到這種
狀況又不能控制老媽煮清淡一點(抗議無效)的情況下,版友們會開吃嗎?
通常真的要吃我最多就是一碗飯 菜都夾一人份 一碗湯 但還是怕過油..
