小弟的健身計劃一直難以貫策始終
有時候忙起來訓練量一週可能只剩三天
體脂和骨骼肌也是反反覆覆的增加又減少
雖然一來一往 骨骼肌總體有持續上升
體脂也有持續的在下降 但看inbody的數據
感覺還是沒有達到很好的訓練成效
所以最近有將訓練數據量化追蹤的想法
除了常見的心率、動作、重量、次數
大家還會記錄哪些運動數據嗎?
另外想請教大大們都用什麼app紀錄?
小弟這陣子紀錄都是拿筆記本記
有時候忘記帶會先記在iphone的備忘錄
整合數據跟表格化又挺不便利的
若大大們有慣用的紀錄app還請推薦小魯一下 感激不盡
