如題,小弟我都是當天訓練完後把今天所做的紀錄在Excel上
例如:
2016/05/20
Back squat 90kg *10 5sets
Body weight pull up *15 5sets
Front squat 70kg *3 5sets直臂滑輪下壓 50 kg *8 5sets
像這樣,久而久之可以往回看自己進步多少,那為何使用excel,因為方便,當下訓練不
喜歡去寫東西分心,所以回家再打開紀錄,本子的話常常會懶惰或是寫到忘記
跪求更好的紀錄方式~
