大家有過練一練突然退步的經驗嗎? - 健身

各位巨巨大家好
小弟本人167/59 已經健身一段時間了
但最近有一個問題困擾著我
本來大約兩個月前我的槓鈴臥推50kg一組能推大概12-13下
就算到了第二組至少都還有10下以上
55kg則是6下左右
然而某一週因為比較忙碌導致那週都沒有練到胸部
隔週我的槓鈴臥推50kg第一組變成只能推11下就沒力
到了第二組甚至只能推8下
55kg更是3下就完全沒力了
本來以為只是因為上一週沒有練或是當天狀態不好導致
可是過了兩個月我的狀態還是無法恢復到兩個月前那樣
感覺胸部整個退步了並且無法練回原本的成績
但是其他部位都沒有這樣的情況
我吃跟作息也幾乎都沒什麼改變
想請問大家有沒有過這樣的經驗?
如果有的話該做些什麼辦法恢復?? 謝謝!
