我注意自己有沒有長肌肉的方法
除了量體脂計之外~就是量三圍XD
因為自己骨架本身小~人也不高XD
我 172/62 左右
胸圍自己量是36吋~健身前是33左右@@
這還算有小小成果
肩寬從40CM變成42CM <==這感覺好像沒差= =+
大家分享一下你們的胸圍和肩寬吧!
想知道和我差不多高的人~身材大概都是怎樣滴>"<
難到骨架小就沒辦法有寬肩膀嗎>"<~淚
還有請問一下我肩膀的進步似乎十分緩慢
要增寬~到底是斜方肌重要~還是三角肌阿??
肩膀我都做啞鈴倒酒~3組12下~15P
坐姿啞鈴上舉25P 3組 12下
坐姿槓鈴推舉20KG 3組 12下
雖然做完肩膀都會酸酸的
可是總覺得肌肉成長的十分緩慢捏>""<
