前幾天看了一個節目
DISCOVERY的
有個男的想去打拳擊
所以兩個月要瘦下30磅
憑著少量多餐(有營養師)
(1天5-6餐 一餐為平常的一半份量)
加上
1.年輕時本來就是體育校隊
2.要打拳擊所以要加強訓練
2個月果然成功的瘦下了30磅
運動不要說了
少量多餐非常重要\囧/(在你感覺餓之前先吃)
有時候會暴走都是因為太過於苛刻自己
大家都有一份自己的菜單嗎?
去外面買?
自己煮?
老實說我減肥時也常常只吃到跟基代差不多
因為根本不知道吃什麼好XD
大家都怎麼"處理"減肥時的菜單的?
