想問一下
身高160公分大概幾公斤跑步比較不傷膝蓋
現在朋友會說,因為太重(80以上),最好不要跑步
目前已經減5公斤,還會繼續減下去,目標一個月至少4-6公斤
大概以這個身高多少公斤,才適合跑步(膝蓋負擔比較不會那麼大)
現在運動就只有游泳跟室內腳踏車
目前是想說至少到75才開始來跑步,這樣的體重ok嗎?
另外我用一個很怪的方式來抑制食慾
就是黑咖啡加一點牛奶
目前還挺有效,可以整個下午都不會想吃零食,跟正餐不會吃太多(吃到飽那樣)
