大家好!
最近早餐都吃大燕麥片+450ml的無糖豆漿當早餐,
想請問一下大燕麥片的份量要多少才比較好啊???
我都是用奶粉的匙子舀五平匙進去跟豆漿一起喝,
這樣是太多呢?還是太少呢?
爬文上網找一平匙大燕麥片的克數,怎麼每個說法都不同
有人說7~8匙,也有10匙的,所以我才來問一下大家
