大腿推蹬機到底有什麼用? - 健身

是這樣的,小弟一個多月前才開始健身,兩個禮拜前才開始練腿
小型健身房器材不多,練腿的機器只有腿推機,剩下就做深蹲跟硬舉
在家也常做分腿蹲,最近有加入保加利亞單腿蹲,之後穩定後再拿啞鈴負重
想問一下腿推機是不是效率很差?我兩個禮拜前只能做30~50KG(10下5組),到現在已經可以做到130KG(8下4組),可是我卻沒有什麼改變?到底是腿推機沒有效率還是我沒有發現?
做其他機器也沒有這麼誇張,至少其他機器做的部位會變結實吧
還有關於單手臥推,可以不做雙手嗎?我覺得用單手可以把力氣集中在單一手上,姿勢比較
做雙手感覺很不穩而且進步超慢...雙手的話做史密斯機,單手就推啞鈴這樣可行嗎?會不會有問題?
