大腿根部受傷 - 健身

請問各位前輩
半個月前因為接住從樓梯摔倒的人,結果大腿根部深處受傷。
傷勢沒有很嚴重,至今都只有做出硬舉預備動作,或是髖鉸鏈才會稍稍不舒服。因為沒有完全好,所以不敢練腿。
當初醫生看完X光說骨頭沒事,吃藥休息;
復健科說有可能是喀腰肌拉傷,目前就是震波治療。 爬了板上的文說可以放鬆臀肌跟做單邊平衡訓練。
想請問有人有相關經驗,做什麼治療可以加速恢復,還有知道如何確定完全恢復嗎?
同時想請教,慢速走跑步機或是滑步機是正面還是負面效果呢?(骨科醫生說儘量不要,復健科醫生說適度幫助恢復,目前很矛盾)
