看到前幾篇的新聞,有個人減13KG結果看起來好像沒什麼差,
吃東西吃這麼少!!不運動光少吃讓我嗤之以鼻!
身為大食怪的我..............
怎麼可能少吃呢!!!
不過我是支持熱量要控制的。
依照版娘的
基代BMR 每日總攝取A 每日總攝取B
├─────────────│────────│────────│─────
人體維持生命現象的最低熱量 日常生活的活動如 各種的運動+重訓 多餘的攝取
需求,包括維持各種器官的正 上課、郊遊、洗澡
常功能、腺體的分泌、腸胃的 看書、上網、家務
蠕動、神經及細胞的運作、體 吵架、逛街、OGC..
溫的維持...等(如植物人..) ....所消耗的熱量

假設基代1200大卡 假設攝取?大卡 假設攝取?大卡 這邊可能肥
如果我基代1200大卡,一天攝取的總熱量維持在1500~1600大卡之間,
搭配運動會更有利於身體的能量使用以及減脂。
所以前一陣子就紀錄了自己的飲食大概一個禮拜的時間,
以下的照片都是我自己弄的,
自己煮自己吃才爽啦~~

白土司兩片(220)+ 火腿一片(35)+ 生菜一兩片(10)+ cheese(50)= 315 大卡
不過因為白土司每家作法些許差異,可能會有點差異,所以這個大概350大卡好了

白土司兩片(220)+ 蛋(水煮,75)+ 生菜(10)+ cheese(50)+火腿(35)
大概390大卡,就給他估400好了

鯛魚片一片(先灑上一點調味料,直接送烤箱,算150好了)+ 空心菜(30)+蛋(75)
白飯一碗(300)+油少許(70)= 625大卡

十穀飯一碗(350)+ 四條梅花豬肉片(一條25cm長,算200好了)+空心菜(30)
沒有用多餘的油,豬肉片先下去就會有油了,直接拿來炒空心菜。
大概580大卡。

關廟麵(細的一把,大約280大卡)+ 4片梅花豬,又是很長的那種(200)+空心菜(30)
+蛋(75) = 585大卡 蛋上面是鹹鹹的海苔,拿來當作鹽用,好好吃!!!

牛小排兩片(400)+空心菜(30)+奶油(20)+ 十穀飯(300)=750大卡
這餐爆表XDDD 不過很爽

花椰菜(60) + 牛小排一片(120)+ 飯(300)+ 奶油(20) =500大卡
再PO下去我怕被罵XD
自己煮也可以吃得很豪華啊.....
只是比較油的東西我都擺在上午吃,
晚餐就會吃得比較清淡一點。
PS.昨天朋友問我是不是跟家人一起住? 我說不是,我一個人住。
她大驚說「蛤?看妳PO的照片份量那麼多,我還以為是一家人吃的.....」
我真的不是大食怪好嗎~~~~
