大體重3個月體態變化 - 健身

小弟33歲
身高175
經歷三個月
體重110.6 -> 101.8

這次是大撒幣減脂
因為前陣子期權大爆賺
直接去健身房報名了教練課
並且只用教練課當訓練
一週三堂
教練應該也覺得很開心
也順便買了三個月營養課
教練課的部分
前兩個月都在做活動度調整
第三個月開始肌肥大訓練
以重量適中 次數多 組間短來訓練 真心痛苦
營養課部分
前兩個月就吃乾淨
第三個月開始吃碳循環
訓練日吃高碳 休息日就斷碳水
體重大概在第二個月就沒動了
一個月大概3次聚會
其餘都乖乖吃原型食物

都是這些東西
雖然體重 體脂 肌肉變動的幅度不高
但體態的部份我認為有劇烈的改變
只是沒辦法像版上的各位瘦身神人
大體重半年瘦一半之類的
看得我都好羨慕
接下來會先恢復吃一個月
再繼續減脂期
希望每個大體重的人都能早日擺脫臃腫人生
