目前在執行的菜單
跑步機 坡度15 時速3.5-4走路 20分鐘
坐姿划船 阻力3 24-28spm 10分鐘x2 間隔時間3分鐘
臥式腳踏車阻力15 20分鐘 轉速50-60收尾
兩天到三天一次
暫時沒加阻力訓練
目標想訓練下半身肌力跟減脂
請各位幫忙建議
