大家好呀~ 我是個少女
我身高167.3公分(硬要點)
體重65.7Kg
我在去年暑假兩個月中運動&少吃從73Kg減到62kg
至現在又多增加了兩三四五公斤~
我又想開始減啦!
在五月底減成55kg
計畫如下:
0326~0430 (-5.7kg) 60kg
0501~0531 (-5.0kg) 55kg
我想嘗試的方法:
早餐 照吃 (三明治or吐司) + (一份水果or豆漿or麥片) + (一大杯水)
午餐 照吃 (三配菜 + 一白飯)or(魯味)
晚餐 蔬菜吃到飽 或水果一份
運動 跑步機30mins 划步機15mins 重訓10min
睡前想做 仰臥起坐 50下
對了我手臂超粗 跟我要差不多
我很不知道如何對付他
請專業大大梯取我^^
並給我意見啦~~~
