前些日子有提到我有去給營養師諮詢一下(免費)~
雖然不苟同她一些觀點...
但是有些部份還是值得參考一下
聽過我的飲食習慣後,她建議我把饅頭換地瓜~
因為我每天早上固定都會吃顆饅頭
她覺得那太胖了,所以跟我說改成地瓜會比較好...
我也知道地瓜比饅頭好...地瓜營養價值遠遠超多饅頭阿!
還有,饅頭沒有纖維,但地瓜纖維卻可以幫助腸胃蠕動呢~
因為我真的很痛恨單吃地瓜!所以自作聰明(?)將他與其他東西打成汁一起飲用~
上一份減肥菜單也有提到我加了些甚麼~(想漂亮又要瘦...嘿嘿~)
當然你會說打成汁那纖維不就通通斷掉了!?不不不!
這就是小撇步拉~地瓜最後稍微打一下就好囉~還是可以保留纖維的!
除了饅頭改地瓜外,我還聽了營養師的話拼命喝水!
本來一天1600,她說你這麼胖喝這麼少水不夠拉!(自我感覺良好以為已經喝很多了><")
她說要喝2300以上(她是用我的體重去計算的~每個人都不一樣~)
所以我現在每天喝2450!喝到我每天上廁所n次~囧
但是,說也奇怪...變瘦了耶...雖然只掉了一點點(我也剛開始不到一個月)
可是想這樣持續下去看看!!
這樣的食譜應該不是冒著生命危險吧?
