太瘦,看起來很小 - 健身

體重:32(從高中開始就沒有改變,孕期中最高也只有50kg,生後就變回32)
BMI: 14.2
體脂率:38%
三餐內容
早餐:御飯糰
午餐:握壽司或御便當
晚餐:有菜、有肉,兩個瓷碗的白飯、湯,一般正常菜色
飯後都會有水果,份量約一顆加拉蘋果量
其他:飲料,每天都以開水為主,一個禮拜喝一次外面小寶特瓶裝飲料
每個禮拜習慣一定吃一條七七乳加
日常作息時間:
10點睡 6點起來
運動:不運動,因工作需求大多都是站立跟走路,
每天站約5小時
其他:曾到台北婦幼醫院就醫,那時醫師說是因為經期不順,
所以有開避孕藥調整經期,後來因故沒吃了,改吃唐氏生子藥方
生兩個小孩後經期反而變順了。只是體重一直沒有增加。
問題:太瘦,所以看起來不太成熟,反而很像高國中生。
手臂比滑鼠投影面還來的細,
每次健檢都說BMI不正常。
似乎因為過瘦,所以仰臥起坐從來都沒做起來過,
而且易腰酸。
請問有什麼方法可以健康遞增肥呢?
