如題
因為現在是系上球隊的隊長
但是本身非常瘦 160/43
手臂也是非常纖細
尤其肋骨超明顯一根一根
每天照鏡子都非常受不了
真的覺得女生要肉肉的 勻稱一點才美
一直想要去做重訓 但是健身房都太貴 沒預算
身邊很多人都說女生做重訓幹嘛 練肌肉那麼醜
殊不知女生的肌肉結構練重訓只會變結實
並不會變成像猛男一樣的大塊肌 這是醫生說的
也是因為這種身材
在場上殺起球來 超級沒力!!!!!!
去問過體育老師
他是說瘦的女生肌耐力不夠
要去練背肌.二頭肌.三頭肌.腹肌
殺球才夠力
目前我是把好幾瓶喝完的空水瓶
裝自來水後 拿來當啞鈴用
不知道有沒有女生有其他更好的練肌肉方法呢?
另外想請問也是比較瘦的女生
妳們也是肌耐力不足嗎?
因為我看球場上很多150小小瘦瘦一隻的
殺起球來超狠 力道超猛
連男生都很佩服!
真是不知道我到底是哪出了問題呀=..=
好希望能像蔡依林一樣
158/38 肌耐力卻超強
可以表演 連男生都很少能做的鞍馬
她的背肌和腹肌超明顯!!!
