可能是因為開始新的上班生活關係…
還沒習慣&適應~
之前一大早起來就會先上大號(悠哉樣)
但現在每天都匆匆忙忙地衝出門
根本沒時間醞釀情緒
固定的時間過就沒那個感覺了.......
所以我最近開始有點便秘 >"<
體內毒素感覺排不出去呀!
痘痘有點多(可能是跟工作壓力大或是吃的東西有關)
之前有試過買什麼天天順暢之類的保健食品
但是效果不大.....(苦笑)
蔬果汁也沒用......
後來同事約我一起團購奇亞籽
我們都會撒在沙拉上當簡單的減肥餐
或是跟蜂蜜水或果汁之類的東西泡在一起喝
奇亞籽真的是個滿有用的東西
泡水後煮開有點像山粉圓,但是纖維素很高(國外的明星好像也會吃)
吃了之後真的排便會比較順暢哦!!
所以像現在因為工作比較忙
沒時間團購的話,就會改去超商買mr.CHIA喝
這個也是用奇亞籽做成的飲品~我覺得更方便了!!
早上起床喝一瓶再配上250cc的溫開水
不用醞釀就會很想去廁所!!
但是不是會拉只是很順暢這樣~~
很適合跟我一樣,壓力大又忙碌的上班族啊~~
