最近因為子宮內膜異位的問題,止痛藥有點吃過量
醫生怕腎臟有損,於是先快速做個血檢
結果做出來肌酸酐1.03…
但我十幾年來一路從體重54kg體脂23%
練到現在體重65kg體重18%
做得到引體向上
現在每週練三天,血檢前兩天才練到闊背痠痛
沒有使用任何補充品
醫生看了這報告告訴我止痛藥已經造成輕微的腎功能下降
但…根據之前的腎臟科醫師影片
我很疑惑到底算止痛藥造成的還是我不適用女性數值範圍
因為看報告的是婦科醫師不是腎臟科醫師
不知道有沒有長年重訓的女性版友可以參照一下
