話說這是一篇閒聊文 但可是也是很認真的....
會寫這些東西是最近訓練跑出來的一些想法 還有在肌肉海灘看到一篇文章...
該文的作者說 很難跟女生解釋為什麼要重訓...下面的堆文也都很有梗...XDDD
但是 看到這個我心裡就有很多的OS 但是我是重訓新手 所以只敢在下面打哈哈...
但是我也很想問問....
為什麼我也很難跟身邊男生解釋為什麼我是女生我要做重訓?!
為什麼我也很難跟只練重訓不練心肺的人解釋為什麼要做心肺訓練?!
為什麼我也很難跟只節食不運動的人解釋為什麼要做運動?!
為什麼我也很難讓別人相信運動的胖子比不運動的瘦子更健康?!
為什麼我也很難讓別人覺得我胖的有肌肉比瘦的乾巴巴有魅力?!
最近一直被我的partner洗腦 很多似是而非的觀念慢慢在改變
翻翻過去在fitness的文章 06年我就在這潛水了...
從一個90KG的大胖子 靠飲食控制加運動在4個月瘦了近20KG
然後之後就開始過著只靠嘴巴 (喇賽)減肥的日子...
話說 版上有好多我07年開始陸續發的減肥文...
(運動習慣還是有維持啦 不過那也是為了減肥的手段而已...)
雖然我覺得我採用的減肥方式已經比光節食還要健康
但到現在我某些部分的皮膚是鬆弛的 像消掉氣的氣球一樣...很醜...
(如果現在讓我選擇我寧願不要瘦那麼快 真的...)
不過也拜鬆弛的皮膚所賜 因為聽說重訓可以讓皮膚緊實
所以08年我就開始接觸重訓了...
剛接觸重訓的感覺就只有一個---挫敗...真的是很嚴重很嚴重的挫敗..
不知道是我本身素質本來就很弱 還是快速減肥也讓我流失掉肌肉...
一開始我連健身房的5磅.10都拿的好吃力 更遑論拿起做標準的動作...
我在版上發過的某一篇文章中寫到..
"沒想到當時有氧能力讓健身房教練嘖嘖稱奇的我
竟然連訓練機器最輕的磅數都無法完成..."
那時候我還記得 版大有推文說 叫我可以拿寶特瓶600~1.5KG練....(茶)
(版大謝謝啦 ^.< ~)
後來又遇上一些事 變成我的重訓真的是斷續有在摸 可一點成就感都沒有...
09年 3月我開始迷上單車 從和一些朋友到去騎平路 山路的過程中
發現這幾年斷續為了減肥而保持的運動 竟然讓我在一般人的眼中算是體力很好的女生...
(不管山路還平路超年輕帥哥的車 海放別人真的超有成就感的啦 對不起 我很壞...XDDD)
這樣的成就感 激起了我開始練習心肺有氧訓練的欲望...
然後無意中又發現 重訓可以幫助身體強化的肌力與爆發力...
於是雖然不喜歡 5月起但我開始請教練幫我安排1週3天的訓練 盡量做盡量學...
但這樣的訓練其實自己也知道是不夠的...
一來缺了個訓練夥伴可以幫忙看姿勢幫補 二來我當時只把重訓當輔助...
這樣的前提下...聽我的夥伴說他回到健身房看到我很多姿勢都是不甚正確的...
然後今年4月 我開始練重訓快1年後...
有個好心又有重訓底子的型男夥伴剛好要回嘉義練...
在他的好心邀請下 我和型男和型男很帥的同學就一起練了....
和他們訓練的住段日子...真的是我碰重訓來最快樂的日子...
(有人教導體適能與營養知識 修正動作 幫補 鼓勵兼刺激...夠好了吧 XDDDD)
我一直覺得自己很笨拙 在身體的開發上...像跳舞我都會同手同腳了...
何況是重訓這麼多姿勢 這麼多的要點要記 要用身體去反複練習..
但是 我覺得好像只要用心 拿出你求進步的慾望真的沒有什麼辦不到...
尤其是身體這種東西...雖然不能跟什麼選手國手比 可是重點是你比昨天更好了
現在看著自己仍然微胖的身體一項項一天天完成訓練的要求....
一天天逐漸比昨天的自己更進步 越重的力量越來越穩 姿勢不斷的修正...
那種成就感真的他媽的爽快...(對不起 這樣說很粗魯 可是沒有比這更貼切了)
打到這邊我又去翻了一下
09年6月我二三頭訓練連7.5KG的空槓都拿不起來...
現在是被要求拿20kg的空槓做 (不小心拉傷都甘之如飴...XDDD)
09年10月我啞鈴擴胸雙手各拿15p...
現在在保護與注視下雙手各拿30p....
09年10月臥推30kg...
現在45kg...3~5下....50kg嘗試卻有點失敗 努力中~
09年9月跨蹲雙手各20p...
上週空槓加槓片試到65kg 1組 10下 但因為有點重 姿勢不太順暢
蹲舉因為下背支撐不夠易前傾 現在在調姿勢大概保持45~50kg左右
09年12月 橢腿圓推了不起170KG 1組 10下...
上週訓練可以玩到240KG....3組各15下...
我不敢說自己有進步...甚至我覺得我真正開始練只有這3個月
只是還好有前面漫長的摸索期 多少吸收甚至心裡準備...
所以到遇到好的夥伴肯教肯幫忙 真的就是只能說...
重訓跟有氧心肺訓練一樣 真的是一條不歸路了...
要越來越好 要越來越強 要越來越健康....
也是在這幾個月對自己的身體與進食的觀念有很大的改變....
以前不管我這麼認真運動 我念念在茲就只是為了減肥...
現在的我 卻真的是為了健康 為了訓練的爽度在讓自己持續運動....
我慢慢的知道 不管別人覺得我還是小胖子或怎樣...
重要的是 我對自己身體的態度 要學著聰明吃聰明動....
土法練鋼OK呀 但是為了更好 你也可有更好的選擇...
讓身體在攝取健康的營養 享受美食卻不為了一些小熱量不斤斤計價然
愉快的運動 在每次的運動中超越昨天的自己...
我覺得這才是所謂的FITNEE吧...
打到這邊....我要回到正題了...
雖然標題很奇怪 幹嘛要女生硬....(OS:肌肉充血摸起來硬硬的 不行逆?)
但我只是分享並閒聊自己練重訓的過程吧
我不想說重訓有啥好處 因為這些資訊與知識都查的到...
但我覺得如果妳真的是有在從事心肺有氧訓練運動的女生們
真的可以試試重訓 就像我之前分享的 重訓和有氧是不同改造或型塑身體的方式...
撇開你發現自己某些項目可以幹掉健身房一些愛練不練男生的成就感不說 (XD)
拿我自己經驗來說好了 重訓也是一種開發自己身體的方式...
所以我會很鼓勵我的朋友多去嘗試不同種類的運動 讓身體受到不同的刺激
我覺得沒有比這樣認識身體的方式更美好了 真的
這篇文章也真的是閒聊或許有點回應別板的文章....
不過其實也只是想表達 練重訓或者其他的心肺有氧訓練都真的很快樂 :)
還有 誰說女生肌肉跟肌力天生就差男生一大截....
相信我 認真訓練 那些怕運動過度長肌肉的弱雞絕對輸你一大截....
林nana說 她的目標就是...
用現在的訓練與自然不過份的飲食方式證明女生也可以增肌減脂的很漂亮
她說如果可以她要開始用照片做紀錄了...
這樣也許就不會有人因為她是胖子就懷疑她的話 XDDD
