女生增加肌肉量? - 健身

我是一直默默在這邊潛水的人
目前剛恢復了3周的運動習慣(運動一小時3~4天)
知道上了年紀後(25y) 要增加基代的話要重訓
但我幾個很疑惑的問題 :
1. 我下半身比較胖 那我是不是重訓練上半身就好了
怕脂肪+肌肉 = 看起來更粗壯
2. 那如果練上胸的重訓 會不會上述一樣
"看起來"比較大? 還是相反(胸部的脂肪反而變少了)
