請教飲食量 - 健身

早餐:AM4:00 costco培果一個 豆漿250cc
am8:00 烤總匯 半份
午餐:am12:00 蔬菜+200克 瘦牛肉
pm4:00 路跑10km/一小時
pm5:00 蘋果一個 豆漿250cc+乳清20克
晚餐:pm8:00 泡菜+瘦牛肉 200克
日常作息時間:因為工作的關係 中午12點到下午4點午睡 晚上11點到早上3:00 又睡一次
生活型態:體力工作者
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
慢跑60分鐘,心跳數約130左右
游泳1500m 約60分鐘 心跳130
腳踏車 35km 約90分鐘(分兩趟) 心跳不知
三項一天大概都會選兩項來做~
我的問題:5/1號開始實行 月底之前 希望體脂肪下降到12%~15%
我先前有在重訓 現在瘦了點傷想說來做有氧 又怕肌肉消耗 這樣的飲食會過量嗎?
