如果打籃球是會先讓鬆軟的肉變結實
還是體重下降
想說都快夏天了要讓軟軟的贅肉消除
我看了底置說沒有局部瘦的
那跑步加上打籃球
對我的需求有幫助嗎?
還是我必須搭配飲食
