呃不知道可不可以這樣問阿……
我目前158/60
冬天不小心胖了一圈
體脂28。肌肉26.5
最近幾個禮拜有比較規律在上健身房
大約一週三至四次
我本身是職軍…但是很討厭跑步
基本每天會有的運動量就是一些伏地挺身和仰臥起坐(各40下左右)
以及3km的痛苦慢跑
晚上去健身房的運動量還有
滑步20分 (速度平均75)
深蹲60下 (壺鈴16kg)
蹬推150 (25kg)
大腿內收150 (18kg)
大腿外展100 (18kg)
仰臥起坐65下
當初覺得教練課貴貴的。沒有報名
但現在有些迷惘
想瘦大腿後側和小腿。小腹
不知道版上神人有沒有建議我可以試做的項目呢?
飲食方面算滿均衡
一天2.5~3份澱粉
五份蔬果
四份肉類
2.5份非肉類蛋白質
不碰重口味或炸物
懇請大家多多指教阿
11/25補充:
抱歉了是我沒有提到主要是想整體降體重體脂的部分
而下半身和小腹是想知道除了上述我習慣做的項目之外
還有沒有什麼器材是特別會運動到這幾個地方的肌肉的?
在我貧乏的認知上,常鍛鍊的部位,應該是比較會消耗脂肪轉變成肌肉
若這點有錯誤,還請各位不吝指教
