小弟今年二月開始重訓 還算是新手
一開始練胸飾用啞鈴臥推 推到單手20kg後
大概是六月時想開始練練看健力 畢竟健美還要控制飲食好難> <
所以開始練槓鈴臥推(真‧臥推)
七月時1rm應該是65kg 還記得當時推到70時三頭打不直失敗
結果練了近半年 上星期才推到1rm 85kg而已....(體重72)
平常訓練組是60kgx10 大概第四到五組就力竭了
對比硬舉 一樣是今年六月開始練 上星期剛破190kg
只覺得臥推的進步也太慢了吧 不是新手都有蜜月期嗎QQ
bodybuilding.com 一堆半年 八個月就225磅的
現在深蹲/臥推/硬舉1rm是非常奇特的140/85/190 = =
我也好想要臥推時能兩邊各放2個20kg藍色槓片啊
現在練上半身日都會加練個一兩組三頭的動作
想請問各位巨巨臥推都練多久時破百?
