女生有氧重訓效率 - 健身

因為我一直都只有有氧,
用速度7.8-8.6的速度,
跑跑步機一小時
後來看到重訓區的外國女生,
都有好漂亮的線條,
我就想說既然重訓可以增加代謝率,
那就做吧,
但是我的目的只是要讓運動消脂的效率更高,
肌肉線條只是有就算賺到的心態,
因為女生不好練我有聽過,
而且減脂才是我目前最大的目標 哈哈
每天都會跑步一小時的跑步機之外,
如果我要重訓,
是要跑步前還是跑步後做呢?
也要每天嗎?
