仰臥起坐無法減去肚子的脂肪,
世界上也沒有任何一種運動可以局部減少脂肪,
脂肪的囤積是取決於基因,而不是有沒有運動到,
很少有人會去鍛鍊肱橈肌,但是我們的前臂和其他部位比較起來卻不易堆積脂肪,
會有局部瘦身的說法是因為易堆積脂肪的部位的改變當然也越明顯,
其實是一種錯覺。
大腦是很討厭肌肉的,很愛脂肪的,沒原因,上帝就是這樣設計。

人體運動能量系統
今天我們用有氧運動減脂其實也是一種欺騙身體的方式,
讓身體在中低強度運動去選擇保留能夠短時間提供大量能量的醣,
在運動的初期,身體還是使用醣當做能量來源,
而這時不足的氧氣會借用肌紅素中所儲存的氧氣,
隨著中低強度運動時間拉長進入定常狀態後,身體會覺得沒有必要使用醣類,
轉而選擇可以燃燒速度慢的脂肪做為能量來源,

脂肪也不會變成肌肉,肌肉也不會變成脂肪(註1)
重量訓練的目的是在鍛鍊肌肉,肌纖維的數量在你一出生就決定了,
重訓只能增加肌纖維的斷面積,而不會增加肌肉細胞的數量,
而且肌肉是相當相當相當相當相當難鍛鍊的,
重訓後的充血只是短暫的,很快就會消去,男性的肌肉都很難鍛鍊,
何況是體內睪固酮含量極低的女性,
要變成健美小姐絕對比減50公斤還要難。
一個不健康生活作息自然會造成肥胖,維持健康和完美體態的方法從古至今都沒有改變
營養均衡的飲食、足夠的運動、適量的水和正常的生活作息。
※註1:只有一種情況會讓肌肉變成脂肪,那就是血糖過低時,胰臟會分泌升糖激素
他會分解蛋白質轉換成血糖,而沒用完的血糖會以脂肪形式堆積。
