小弟本身鼻子過敏的很嚴重 去過許多大小醫院檢查都建議不要吃奶吃蛋
之前看了置底文 遵照 "早餐國王、午餐王子、晚餐貧民"的準則
本來早餐都是全麥土司、茶葉蛋、低脂牛奶
現在不能吃奶蛋…
所以改成了無糖高纖豆漿+隨便一個青蔥麵包或是波蘿麵包
麵包雖然好像也有奶蛋成分 但真的沒辦法了 不吃就沒得吃了..Q口Q"
可是感覺起來營養似乎不太足夠 熱量也不太足夠當做早餐
不知道可否給小弟點建議 是否有其他奶蛋以外可以搭配的早點?
