他說有一份文獻做了以下研究
三組人每天攝取一樣熱量
A 一個禮拜三天都有氧,強度60-80% 最大心率,持續40分。
B 一個禮拜三天重訓,強度12-15 下,一小時八個動作個三組
C 上述兩組合體,一個禮拜六天
八個月後得出結論,C組成效最好,所以醫生說 減脂要有氧搭配重訓
我看了滿頭問號... 這樣的實驗哪裡準啊?運動的時間也是一個變量啊,又不是全部都是
一週運動六天... 第三組運動量是前兩組的兩倍欸...
好歹每個禮拜的運動天數都要一樣,才能知道那個最好吧
