三餐內容
早餐:1.通常都是起士蛋餅+蘿蔔糕+中杯冰奶茶
2.小七賣的49元早餐套餐 or 巧克力麵包+茶理王無糖綠茶
午餐:1.雞腿雞排便當+無糖綠茶
2.炒飯炒麵滷肉飯類+無糖綠茶
3.麥當勞雙層牛肉吉士堡套餐
晚餐:1.派克雞排+乾梅薯條+百頁豆腐+無糖綠茶
2.各式便當類+無糖綠茶
3.滷味:科學麵一包+青菜+3~4樣麵粉製的食品
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:8:30起床~12:00吃飯 中間時間寫論文,
午睡時間約13:00~14:00 寫論文寫到17:00,
打一小時電動之後吃飯,回家摸一摸約兩點睡覺。
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
例1:每週打1天籃球3v3,打一次約三個小時,在場上的時間約2個小時 中間斷斷續續
例2:每天睡前仰臥起坐約2~3組,1組25下。
例3 :每天睡前滾輪跪姿10下共作3組,中途間隔約10分鐘。
我的問題:持續了這些生活習慣約2年的時間,中間體重都大概+-3~4公斤,
體脂肪最高21%,最低18%,可是都還是會有肚子,練了好久好像一點用都沒有
但是用手摸都是會有形狀但外觀一點都看不出來,懇請板上大大幫忙。
