好吃的雞胸肉! - 健身

我分享一下 現在的雞胸肉的作法~
通常是一次買一週的份量 買回來的雞胸肉先切成厚度約1CM左右的肉片
用煮開後的冷水+便宜適量醬油+適量蒜頭+些微的糖 醃起來放冰箱
一天後就分裝成每天的份量丟到冷凍
上班前再把要吃的袋子放到冷藏解凍 下班運動完後就可食用了
不過我是用微波爐2分鐘煮熟的 不乾澀 軟嫩快速方便!
鄉民們有更好的作法分享嗎? 雖然好吃 吃久也會膩的 >Q<
