好恐怖~ 我到底減掉啥咪東西?? - 健身

我本來在國外吃不忌口 但每天會去學校健身房報到
至少三十分鐘(滑步機加腳踏車加一點點重訓)
體重大約少三公斤而已(八個月下來的成果)
但我一回國 我爸媽簡直驚為天人 覺得我瘦好多
我自己也才發現大腿變好細
可是最近生病加上MC來 一整個禮拜想到“吃“ 就好想吐
又想到不行!要顧“基代“ 有三餐硬吃點東西 但吃不多(半碗飯加一些青菜)
但居然體重掉三公斤!!! 好恐怖!!
(原PO 28歲 不再是一天不吃就會瘦一公斤的青春肉體)
我知道這是不好的 減太快了! 根本就是在減我的肌肉
但我還是想上來求證一下 我辛苦累積的肌肉是不是完蛋了~
到底那三公斤是哪來的? 脫水嗎?
我肉眼看不出來瘦在哪?
對不起 剛回國沒去康是美量體脂 所以現在無從比較體脂
請大家幫我用經驗看看我該怎摸辦~
