早餐: 無糖豆漿 巧克力吐司一份
午餐: 炒飯

其他:本來要去跑步 結果太累 睡著了但是醒來太餓了
就吃了自己水煮冬粉+豆腐+金針菇
(雖然應該算是熱量低的 但是吃完還是有點罪惡感)
日常作息時間:清晨七點起床

其實我是個運動量很大的人了,比起一班上班族
只是,我是大食客。有時候一整天下來,吃超多的。
比真正的漢子還要多。(哭)
還曾經跟朋友聚餐吃西提,然後我完食了,還幫男性友人吃掉甜點(抖)
最近,有認真的在運動了,可以70分跑完10k(畢竟我原本沒有跑步的習慣)
然後體重有降了一些 ,不過說真的,比起去年同期 我算是瘦了很多(?!)
從75→68
大概是我最近真的很忍著吃東西
重點來了,體脂肪還在30% 到底是怎麼回事呢?!
其實我現在大概抓到減肥的節奏了
只要我那一陣子 忌口一點,多少都會有些成就 畢竟我很會運動
這星期二我去跑完了8k後又打了一個半小時的羽球
然後我的基礎代謝也有1400↑阿,怎麼體脂還是這麼高?!
雖然外型看起來好像有假像的變瘦了
但是,好想要體型 整個小一號!!!
目前是設下 每個月瘦掉2~3公斤的進度
請求解~~(接下來有考慮要去重訓,但是完全沒有接觸過,不知道怎麼開始)
