如何一次準備一週伙食? - 健身

各位巨巨晚安:
小弟最近也想開始健身加吃水煮餐,雖然是都5點左右就下班,不過如果在運動一下
就6點多才會到家了,加上作息老人大概10點左右就會就寢,還要洗澡洗衣服之類的雜事,
多個一兩小時想念念多益、看閒書、看看節目、FB、PTT,不想再花時間做菜,所以現在
有個想法是說趁六日一次準備好大概10份餐點,裝在保鮮盒,上班5天就是早上喝防彈咖
啡,中餐和晚餐就是吃自己的餐(公司和家裡有加熱的器具),請問各位朋友,小弟的方法
是否可行?又請問有哪些食材和烹調方式可以放在冰箱一週仍然可以維持一定鮮度?或是
其他延長方式?小弟能接受可能稍微不太好吃的感覺,就是想省一些時間這樣,
尚請不吝指教,感謝
