小弟年齡34,身高165體重62,體脂12-15%上下浮動,其中內臟脂肪指數比較高,8。
以練健康為主,不參加任何比賽。菜單以腿日、一日徒手+器械上肢,練一休一。
最近一直想要突破深蹲的最大重量,練腿後都想吃很多。但是可能是本身體質的緣故,身
上的脂肪絕大部分集中在腹部,所以只要連續幾餐吃的比較多,肚子就會顯得很凸很油,
實在很不喜歡看到鏡子裡的自己。但是如果連續幾天低碳讓腹肌比較明顯、腰間肉比較扁
,練腿的後繼無力又實在非常明顯,似乎對提高pr更沒幫助。
請問這時候真的只能先忽略肚子趕快把腿部肌肉養大嗎?
