如何判斷是否應該增加重量 - 健身

平常訓練時主要訓練大概會抓第一組12下的重量
然後做8組 到後面次數就會開始下降
有時候想說增加重量
但可能第一組還可以撐到8~12下
後面就掉超級快 可能剩4~6
感覺訓練的感受度很差
所以很難判斷是否該增加重量來訓練
好奇各位判斷可以增加重量的依據是什麼
有哪些點可以參考
