如何只練單邊的股四頭肌 - 健身

我之前運動傷害使得我的右膝十字韌帶斷掉了
兩年多前動過重建手術,有復健,但是肌力始終
回不到以前的水準
一年多前開始重訓,做蹲舉,坦白說,蹲舉真的是動作之王
做完真的爆累,但是我發現我的左腿吃的比重很多
也就是說,反而左腿爆酸右腿就沒那樣子
況且我發現因為兩邊出力不匹配,所以在蹲舉時會歪向一邊
所以我現在已經不練蹲舉,改去做LEG PRESS且只有使用右腳
但是我發現痠痛的程度無法和蹲舉時的左腿相比
在LEG PRESS最後一組的倒數幾個rep時,股四頭肌已經沒力了,
效果真的差很多,不知道有沒有前輩可以推荐重訓的姿勢
讓骨四頭肌的痠痛感能像蹲舉時那樣確實,
