請問一種練法:MAX-OT 最大訓練負荷 - 健身

最近剛好想換訓練方式,
從examcia版友分享的連結中下載PDF來看,
大概看了10多頁之後,
我決定先試試看再說,
文章太長有時間再慢慢看...
這個暑假應該都會以這種方式做訓練,
不過我有稍微修改,
就是綜合之前訓練的方式跟Max-Out。
Max-Out主要觀念:
1. Each workout should last approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
2. Train only 1 or 2 muscle groups per workout/day.
3. Do 6 to 9 total heavy sets per muscle group.
4. Do 4 to 6 reps per set.
5. Rest 2 to 3 minutes between sets. (STR)
6. Train each muscle group once every 5 to 7 days. (ITR)
7. Take a 1 week break from training every 8 to 10 weeks.
1. 每個肌群訓練不要超過30-40分鐘
2. 一天只訓練一到兩個肌群
3. 每個部位只訓練6~9組超重組
4. 每組做4~6次or下
5. 組間休息2~3分鐘
6. 每5~7天訓練各肌群一次
7. 訓練8~10周後休息一週
(第一點不知道是最少30還是不要超過30)
我現在做的是
每個部位做8~10組
一組做6~8下
組間休息1~2分鐘
看看兩個月後的訓練成果如何在跟大家報告。
