有幾個問題
Q1
像我看文內排的課程~123重訓 4有氧
這種有氧是要做些什麼呢??
跑跑步之類的嗎??
Q2
什麼是實握跟虛握阿...我不知道~"~
Q3
基於有在打球想把基礎體力提升跟降體脂
所以我有每天跑5000公尺
但是文中有提到有氧重訓不要同一天 或是隔一陣子再跑
重訓跟減重不能一起嗎?
