如何在河堤跑的久? - 健身

跑步機都可以30~40分鐘 全身發熱渾身濕透
跑河堤(柏油地)10分鐘稍微小喘就懶了開始用走的
外面好處是環境舒服 空氣流通 不用花錢
但卻達不到像跑步機的效果
想放棄(不跑河堤改回跑步機...) 但又覺得有點可惜
好奇那些在河堤跑得久的人 也都是練起來的嗎?
