如何戒掉零食 甜點 飲料? - 減肥

零食這玩意 對減肥人來說 實在是大禁忌
國中時代 下課必買珍奶+炸薯條、炸甜不辣 不然就是LAZY洋芋片......
導致體重就在這三年爆炸...
但經過幾年就不再愛吃炸物了@@ (主要是支氣管敏感 易生痰)
對於洋芋片或是可樂果、蝦味仙等等也失去興趣
飲料也非常能接受無糖 也對超商的飲料一丁點興趣也沒
頂多只喝低脂牛奶 無糖豆漿 拿鐵
不然就是極偶爾會買手搖店的無糖珍珠鮮奶茶(咬珍珠發洩壓力...)
但始終還是無法戒掉甜食......
像是這類的餅乾 對我是完全的吸引力!!!(但在台價格高 免強用金錢克制自己> <)

還有各式各樣的巧克力 (繽紛樂、金莎、市面上一堆)
中式大餅、糕餅也常出現在我家...
如果有去吃飯店或是吃到飽~
他們的蛋糕、烤布蕾、甜餅乾、泡芙、冰淇淋(Movenpick、Haagen-Dazs)
我光是蛋糕就可以拿5塊...冰淇淋也可以吃個6球...
不知為何就是有種不吃會對不起自己和荷包的心態...
不然就是少女們愛揪下午茶 英式三層的那種 或是蛋糕鬆餅店
這樣的聚餐 大概一個月有4~5次......
若無聚餐 平常偶爾會買紅豆或是芋泥餅、雞蛋糕 或是超商、麵包店的甜麵包吃
我在想自己是不是有點病態了... 因為愛吃甜食到一個誇張的地步
但又討厭喝含糖飲料= =
為了減肥 我知道這些惡習(尤其是吃到飽的甜點暴食)是一定要戒除的!!!
但始終無法像戒掉含糖飲料、炸物、洋芋片一樣 完全根除@@
請問是否有什麼辦法可以戒掉甜點呢> <
每當食物出現在眼前時 該怎麼忍呢?
