三餐內容
早午餐擇一 蔬菜三明治(不加醬)+有糖綠茶(套餐)
7-11 大拿鐵(不加糖)+鮭魚御飯糰
大拿鐵(不加糖)+ 烤雞三明治 (很沒變化)
晚餐:不一定,看早上熱量決定,有時壓力大會想吃炸的:肯德基、麥當勞
炸雞排飯、椒麻雞飯,全換燙青菜
比較常吃夾菜的:會三菜一肉加半碗飯
我不忌口Q___Q 但討厭吃飽的感覺(會想睡覺),大約吃到6~7分飽就會停了
其他:有時爆衝想吃麥當勞蛋捲冰淇淋或去鹽薯條(甜心卡),餓了會吃蘋果XDD~
補充:一個月可能會喝酒到2~3次...,一次大約喝個7~11杯的分量(微醺)
喝酒走路或是喝酒跳舞(就扭來扭去...)
日常作息時間:睡眠大約2點到8點,趕報告可能就會到3~4點睡
生活型態:學生
減肥方式:每周至少三~四次,跑步或飛輪45分鐘,看身體累不累再做決定
飛輪會要求45分鐘至少要騎滿17公里,會高、低阻力交換
跑步會要求至少跑20分鐘,其餘快走沒關係XDD~要求至少5公里要達成
有時候會走路走半天,例:端午節傍晚七點走到11點,預估11.5公里
ps.通常是邊喝酒邊走路,但最近都是喝茶純走路
問題陳述:我的基礎代謝率太低了,才1167卡,想詢問要如何提高?
增加重訓?但我很怕一個人做(害羞)~還是有政大女孩可以帶我做
我在政大游泳池的健身房跑步XDD
