如何改善鬆弛與體態? - 減肥

身高:165
體重:54
體脂:27~28%
一直以來都是泡芙人,就算以前大學時期很瘦時47~48公斤上下,
體脂也還是27%以上甚至有大量亂吃逼近30%過>"<
從來沒有認真減肥過,一直都是隨心所欲亂吃,都有吃飽吃滿XD
最愛的食物是油炸燒烤物類、洋芋片、冰淇淋跟大量肉類,
還有曾經下定決心戒飲料兩個月後又破功,所以現在還是維持一天一杯
有時候太熱受不了會兩杯。
不過最近有為了健康考量開始自己煮盡量少油少鹽少糖與多吃原型食物。
運動方面上過瑜珈課程2~3年,最近開始努力維持每天快走30分鐘。
其實我的問題是,我的數字雖然還ok,
但是年過三十後,全身鬆垮得可怕,照片真的慘不忍睹ORZ
如果我想要以改善體態與鬆弛為最大目標,
該從飲食控制、重訓、還是有氧著手效果較佳呢?
